Back a report, or say it’s fixed

Already reported? Add your +1 instead of a second report. Sorted it yourself? Say so, and the management company checks.

1. Add a +1

   When you report a problem, OurGround shows open reports nearby first. If someone already reported the same thing, tap it and add your +1 with a note.

   

2. Say you fixed it yourself

   Open your report and tap I’ve fixed this myself. The management company approves it, or says it isn’t fixed yet. Pinned it in the wrong place? Move the pin from the same screen.
